Yogesh Cutler is a certified Movnat Physical trainer, purple belt in Brazilian Jiu jitsu and a certified Classical Hatha Yoga instructor with more than 1,750 hours of training from Sadhguru Gurukulam in India. He has over 12 years of experience in yoga and meditation. Yogesh and his wife Tanamayi had offered Yoga at Sadhguru School, Uganda for students, teachers and parents for over two years.
Having certain mastery over Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and movement training, Yogesh was able to apply those tools when he saw the potential of Sadhguru School students in Rural Uganda. He trained the students and created a Jiu Jitsu team to compete in the Ugandan National Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Championship, 2019. The audience were amazed by how the students performed and won the first three prizes and the efficiency of the coach to train them in such a short time. Watch the tournament trip here.
His passion for art and yogic culture has led him to pursue training under one of the best Tibetan Masters of Buddhist Thangka Paintings, Master Locho and his wife, Master Sarika at Dharamshala, HP, India. He enjoys sharing his learning and knowledge with all who cross his path. Served South Carolina State Parks as a Park Ranger and offered wellness sessions for his fellow employees. Currently volunteering at Isha Vidhya Rural Schools to educate children.
“When I first started on this path, yoga was a way of trying to be superhuman and my Art was just a way of trying to seem super cool. But that led nowhere. Now they are both a celebration of Divinity. So Grateful to be living in this grace."

Tanamayi Vaiyapuri is a graphic designer, editor and a certified Classical Hatha Yoga instructor with over 1,750 hours of training from Sadhguru Gurukulam in India, with 28 years of experience.
Living a yogic lifestyle, consuming a pranic (positive energy) diet, is very important to Tanamayi. Growing up in rural Tamil Nadu and then at Sadhguru's ashram with traditional yogic and medicinal food recipes built into the culture, she has the experience and scientific understanding of how food functions within the system, and works with different diet needs. Her husband Yogesh, being an American, has been the subject of her experimentation on different cuisines, attempting to satisfy both their palates and has now evolved her own recipes using alternatives to food items which have negative impact on the system. She shares her knowledge through her wholesome pranic cooking workshops in NC and SC and has been published in Transylvania Times in 2023.
Her passion for dance has led her to perform Bollywood, Folk and Classical dance forms. She has been sharing her joy of dancing through dance workshops for children and adults in India, Africa and USA. She is the dance instructor at CALA, Middle Tennessee State University, and created a unique online dance course to bring more joy into people's homes during the covid lockdown. She has witnessed how dance helps people overcome depression, coordination/mobility issues, flexibility and stamina. She radiates joy and enthusiasm to everyone she meets.
"When I dance, cook, hike or simply be, I experience a heightened state of joy which I wish for everyone to experience. The foundation indeed sprouted from Classical Yoga. Grateful to my parents for introducing me at the age of 11 to yoga and Sadhguru."
The Journey of Adheera Barot: From Gemstones to Geometry
I have spent my life studying the source of creation through the lens of form, balance, and alignment. My journey began as a Jewellery Designer and Gemologist, where I was captivated by the intricate geometry of gemstones and the precision required to reveal their brilliance. However, an inner inquiry to understand the "Source of Creation' eventually led me from the outer world of gems to the inner landscape of the Human Body.
In 2011, my path intersected with the teachings of Sadhguru and the Isha Foundation. What began as a sabbatical from my established Jewellery export business transformed into a decade-long immersion. I spent four years as a full-time volunteer at the Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore, serving as a house parent and teacher at the Isha Home School. There, I had the privilege of weaving together art, design, and yoga to nurture young minds.
As a trained Hatha Yoga teacher (2019) and a lifelong athlete—from running marathons to practicing the ancient martial art of Kalaripayattu—I view the human body as the most sophisticated piece of 'jewellery' in existence. For the past five years, I have dedicated myself to teaching online classes for children and adults, helping them find their own inner alignment. With over 15 years of association with Isha, my mission is to share these time-tested tools to support you in your own spiritual and physical evolution.
